If at any stage during the process of buying your new home you are not satisfied with the service received, please contact the Sales Director or Managing Director, details of which are provided to you within our letter following reservation.

Your new home will benefit from the 10 year Buildmark Cover from the NHBC, or equivalent. The full extent of this cover provided is defined within your own Buildmark Cover document which you will receive from us, through your solicitor, during the conveyancing process. An example of the policy cover document is available from our sales consultant and remember the cost of this cover is incorporated within the price of your new home.
