How to get there
Directions
From the North: leave the M5 South, taking the exit marked A38. After Kennford services, take the right hand lane and head straight on to The Devon Expressway, signposted Plymouth. Branch left at the B3416 exit and then right on to Deep Lane, leading into Plympton. At the roundabout take the second exit on to Sandy Road, signposted Langage Business Park. At the next roundabout, take the first exit on to Glen Road, signposted Chaddlewood District Centre. Continue over the mini-roundabout on to Glen Road, turn right and continue forward on to Plymbridge Road. The development can be found on the right hand side.
From Tavistock: follow the A386, Plymouth Road, and at Derriford Roundabout take the third exit on to Tavistock Road - a continuation of the A386 - signposted Crownhill, City Centre. On approaching the junction with the A38, branch left towards Manadon Hill - signposted Exeter, Liskeard. At the next roundabout take the first exit and continue on to The Parkway / A38. Branch left at Forder Valley, and continue on to The Parkway. At Marsh Mills Roundabout take the first exit on to Plymouth Road - B3416 - signposted Plympton. Turn left at the mini-roundabout, on to Plymbridge Road. The development can be found on the right hand side.
From Bodmin: follow the A38, signposted Plymouth, through Tideford, Landrake and Saltash; over the Tamar Toll Bridge until the A38 becomes The Parkway. Branch left at Forder Valley, and continue on The Parkway. At Marsh Mills Roundabout take the first exit on to Plymouth Road - B3416 - signposted Plympton. Turn left at the mini-roundabout, on to Plymbridge Road. The development can be found on the right hand side.
