How to get there
Directions
From the M62, exit at J20. Take the A627(M) towards Rochdale. Turn left onto the A664, (Edinburgh Way) towards Rochdale Town Centre. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit, onto Roch Valley Way (B6452). Continue straight ahead at the traffic lights, onto Sandy Lane. Continue to the end of the road and turn left onto Edenfield Road (A680.) Continue through Norden Village; the development is just before the bus terminus on the left hand side.
