Directions

From Swadlincote: Leave Swadlincote by the A514 Civic Way. At the roundabout, take the third exit on to William Nadin Way. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A514. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Cadley Hill Road (A514). At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Swadlincote Lane. Continue to the next roundabout, taking the first exit onto Luton Road, and the development is up on the left hand side.

From the M42: Leave the M42 at Junction 11 (signposted Burton). At the roundabout, take the second exit on to the A444 (signposted Burton). Continue along the A444, entering Stretton en le Field. Bear left onto Main Street, entering Overseal. At the roundabout take the second exit on to Burton Road (A444), entering Church Gresley. At the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Cadley Hill Road (A514). At the next roundabout, take the third exit on to Cadley Hill Road. At the next roundabout take the second exit on to Swadlincote Lane. Continuing to the next roundabout take the first exit on to Luton Road, and the devlopment is on the left hand side.
