Located on the South edge of the village, Winkleigh Cross can be reached along the A3124, North from Okehampton, or the A377 and the B3220 from Crediton. It’s approximately 22 miles North West of Exeter and 12 miles from Dartmoor. There is a regular bus service which runs through Winkleigh to Exeter, Barnstaple and also Okehampton. For those with far reaching destinations in mind, Exeter Airport is around 30 miles away.
