Grantham is a popular market town located on the River Witham, set to the north of the beautiful countryside of the Vale of Belvoir, surrounded by agricultural land to the east.

Grantham is an ancient and attractive red brick town, with the 281ft high spire of St Wulframs Church as a dominating feature. There are a number of historic places of interest in the surrounding Lincolnshire countryside, including Belvoir Castle, Belton House and Woolsthorpe Manor, the birthplace of the scientist, Sir Isaac Newton, who was educated in Grantham and who's presence is well doumented throughout the town. Grantham is also famous as the birthplace of Lady Margaret Thatcher, Britain's first female prime minister.

Grantham benefits from good road and rail links and is approximately 100 miles from London and 25 miles south of the historical city of Lincoln. It is a popular choice for commuters working in the East Midlands, with both the A1 and A52 within easy reach, providing links to the surrounding cities of Peterborough, Nottingham and Leicester. There is a main line railway with a direct link to London.
