Amenities

An ancient stannary town, Plymouth is a place of rich and varied heritage - recently celebrating 1,100 years of recorded history.  The town's name derives from the Old English Plymtun, meaning Plum Tree Twon'.  Today Plympton is famous for its large clotted cream and ice cream factory.

Treverbyn enjoys a wide variety of amenities on its doorstep, including a library, hospital, a doctor and a dentist.  The development also benefits from a good selection of primary and secondary schools.

Recreational and Leisure

The town and its surrounds are perfect for sports enthusiasts.  Biking and walking trails are plentiful in nearby Cann woods and throughout the Plym Valley.  As well as a variety of football clubs for all ages, the town is also known for its cricket and running teams.  Golfers are also catered for, with two courses within four miles of the development.

Transport

The development is close to a regular bus route for Plymouth City Centre, where connections for the surrounding towns and villages can be made.  And for those with further flung destinations in mind, Plymouth Airport is around twenty minutes drive from your new home.
