Commuting? Then Woodlands Grange is ideally placed. Close to major motorway networks, and with the train station under 1 mile away, whether you’re travelling for work, or play, you should be able to enjoy a relaxed journey. If you’re planning to head for sunnier climes, John Lennon Airport is around 15 miles away. As if that’s not enough, Liverpool Ferry Port and tunnels are a mere 5 miles away, giving you easy access to all that the European Capital of Culture for 2008 has to offer.

Bromborough is a unique and chilled-out place to call home, surrounded by open countryside and picturesque villages. What’s more, the spectacular coastline of the Mersey and the Dee make this a paradise for watersports enthusiasts.

Port Sunlight itself hasn’t changed since the day it was built. Boasting over 900 Grade II listed buildings, including the Lady Lever Art Gallery, the impressive Gladstone Theatre and the Sunlight Vision Museum, this wonderful village is a sight to behold. Its fabulous heritage, arising from one man’s aim to improve the lives of the working people, is celebrated to this day. Thanks to William Hesketh Lever, an amazing legacy remains.

When it comes to relaxing, whether it’s a drink with friends, or a lazy afternoon with the family, there are endless options. Take a stroll around Brotherton Park, or head to one of two great golf clubs; Eastham and Bromborough are both close by. Plus, there are lots of traditional, little pubs to be discovered in neighbouring villages. On the flipside, if you’re after trendy bars, buzzing clubs, fabulous restaurants and an altogether more upbeat night out, the nearby cities of Liverpool and Chester offer everything you could ask for, and a whole lot more.
