Location

The main High street and pedestrianised shopping centre at the bottom of the Steep Hill and the newly regenerated Waterside and St Marks shopping area contain all the major banks, services and department stores.

Lincoln boasts a number of sports and leisure facilties, including golf courses, swimming pools, ten pin bowling and a multi screen cinema which has recently opened in the Brayford Waterfront area of the city, along with a number of bars and restaurants as part of the continuing dvelopment of the university.

Transport

The site is located by the A46 Lincoln By-pass and is close to the A158 Skegness Road. You can easily commute from Lincoln to Nottingham and Leicester, via the A46/A52, Grantham and Peterborough via the A1 and the A15/A17 are within easy reach. Humberside, East Midlands and the new Robin Hood, Finningley Airports are within easy travelling distance.

Lincoln railway station is 1.6 miles from 'Lindum Point' and has links to the East Coast main line, which links Kings Cross with Edinburgh. There are also direct trains to Sheffield and Nottingham.
