Leyland is approximately 2 miles from the development and hosts a wide selection of shopping outlets, including 24-hour Tesco supermarket. Clayton Green, located to the north east of ‘Worden Brook Hall’ benefits from a 24-hour Asda supermarket. Further amenities and public transport provisions can be found in Chorley town centre, approximately 4 miles from the development. There are wide choices of local authority schools including infant, primary and secondary within the surrounding areas, whilst Runshaw College is just a short drive from the development. The area is well serviced with doctors and dental practices within a 3 mile radius of the development including Euxton Hall and Chorley District hospital close by.
