Transport

Junction 28 of the M6 is approximately 1/2 mile from the development whilst junction 8 of the M61 is just over 21/2 miles, providing road users with easy access to most destinations throughout the North West and entire motorway network thereafter. The local A and B road network is equally good providing excellent access to many neighbouring towns. Existing rail connections can be found off Station Brow in Leyland, Sheperd’s Way Chorley and Balshaw Lane in Euxton.

Most shopping, leisure and banking facilities can be found in and around Chorley, Leyland and Euxton. Leyland is approximately 2 miles from the development and hosts a wide selection of shopping outlets, including 24-hour Tesco supermarket. Clayton Green, located to the north east of ‘Worden Brook Hall’ benefits from a 24-hour Asda supermarket. Further amenities and public transport provisions can be found in Chorley town centre, approximately 4 miles from the development. There are wide choices of local authority schools including infant, primary and secondary within the surrounding areas, whilst Runshaw College is just a short drive from the development. The area is well serviced with doctors and dental practices within a 3 mile radius of the development including Euxton Hall and Chorley District hospital close by.
