Location

Horwich is a picturesque village situated approximately 5 miles north west of Bolton, surrounded by the panoramic views of the West Pennine Moors. The development is located off Chorley Old Road a few minutes drive from the village centre.

A selection of shops can be found within the village centre. Leading high street stores and larger supermarkets are located at the nearby Reebok Stadium and in Bolton Town Centre. There are numerous schools and nurseries in Horwich and the surrounding areas. The nearest College of Further Education is in Bolton. Churches of most denominations are catered for in the area. Bolton Royal Infirmary is in the town of Bolton.
