Hillclough View is ideally situated within the Rossendale Valley at the heart of the North West's motorway network. Haslingden is nestled within the East Lancashire Pennines, a thriving town with a dramatic landscape.

Recreation & Leisure

Haslingden is set in fine walking country, the moors and valleys have established woodlands with excellent signed footpaths and bridleways. A swimming pool is located at the leisure centre in the town centre. Rossendale offers a golf course and a ski centre. There is an ice rink and water park in nearby Blackburn. Haslingden offers a selection of restaurants and public houses and there's also a real ale brewey.

Transport

There is a regular service to Rawtenstall, Bacup and Accrington. There is a bus stop just a short walk from the development. There are railway stations located in the nearby towns of Ramsbottom, Blackburn and Accrington and all have intercity connections.

There are a selection of local shops in Haslingden and Rawtenstall. Leading high street stores are available in Blackburn and Burnley. A major supermarket is approximately a five minute drive from 'Hill Clough View. Haslingden has a selection of nurseries and schools, plus a college of further education is located in nearby Rossendale. Churches of most denominations are catered for in the local area. Hospitals are in Rawtenstall and Blackburn.
