Location

Hob Hey is situated in the attractive village of Culcheth on the edge of the countryside whilst being within easy commuting distance to Warrington and Manchester.  

Recreation & Leisure

Leigh Golf Club is located just a short distance from the development. The village boasts a large village green used for recreation and sport. Other sporting amenities include a large sports field used for football, rugby and bowls. There are a wide selection of shops, banks, building societies, cafes and restaurants within the village itself, as well as a local library.  

Transport

Culcheth is ideally placed for commuting to the nearby town of Warrington and Manchester city centre. The A580 East Lancashire Road is within easy access of the development which also provides excellent motorway connections. There is a regular bus service to Warrington, Glaszebury and neighbouring villages, with the bus stop being located adjacent to the development. The nearest railway stations are in Glazebrook and Birchwood. Both stations are on the Warrington to Manchester line and have intercity connections.

Culcheth is an attractive village boasting a good range of amenities, including shops and restaurants of various cuisines which are within walking distance of the development. Culcheth is well served by a selection of nurseries and both primary and secondary schools. 

Leading high street stores are available in nearby Warrington town centre or for larger retail outlets there is Manchester city centre.

Churches of most denominations are catered for in the local area. Warrington General District Hospital and Hope Hospital are closest to the development.
