Redrow not only build quality new homes, but are also committed to providing investment for the benefit of the communities where we develop. Ways in which we are contirbuting positively to the surroundings and amenities in and around the new homes development include:

- Redrow will be constructing two brand new football pitches and a cricket square to Sports Council standards with enw changing facilities. In addition, there is a large car park for the facility.

- Liverpool City Council will receive a payment of £36,000 towards the cost of improving public open space in the area.
