Location

North Cornelly is situated approximately 3 miles from juntions 37 of the M4 along the A4229. Porthcawl town centre is approximately 4 miles from the site and Bridgend town centre 6 miles. The development is ideally situated for access to both Cardiff and Swansea on the M4.

Recreation & Leisure

There are a number of residential and leisure facilities available locally to suit most tastes and abilities. The leisure centre in Pyle provides a swimming pool and there is a local fitness centre. The Kenfig Nature reserve is within walking distance of the site and offers beautiful walks and view over the sand dunes.

Both the local primary and junior schools are within walking distance of the site and the comprehensive is 1.5 miles away in Kenfig Hill.
