The M55 lies just ten minutes drive away, connecting you to the M6 in under 30 minutes, while the main A584 also passes close by the development, providing an alternative route to Preston. Stagecoach runs a wide range of bus services serving the development, while Lancashire County Council operates a home to school transport scheme.

Nearby Blackpool and Preston offer an even wider choice of shops with major malls and arcades to browse and buy.

Lytham attracts international interest, with the Open Golf Championships a regular visitor, and world-class stars, such as Alfie Boe, appearing at the annual Lytham Proms. Add in a choice of stylish restaurants, continental markets and flourishing gardens and you may never want to leave, but when you do, there’s lots more to discover.
Beyond the town, you’ll find an incredible choice of leisure and entertainment, all within easy reach. The bright lights and thrill rides of Blackpool are just nine miles to the north, or if you prefer your leisure a little quieter, the stunning scenery of the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District national parks, are both under an hour’s drive away.
