Transport
A comercially operated bus service provides a link between Carmarthen and Swansea. There are main train stations in Milford Haven, Pembroke Dock, Carmarthen, Haverfordwest and Llanelli. Arriva trains run between Swansea, Milford Haven and Pembroke Dock, many of the Swansea trains continue to Cardiff, Newport and the Welsh marches line to Manchester Picadilly. Ferry services include Irish Ferries from Pembroke Dock to Rosslave. Carmarthen has its own small Airport at Pembrey Llanelli. For international flights, Cardiff Airport is 70 miles away.
