Northampton is perfectly placed, midway between the major cities of Birmingham and London, around 65 miles from each, with the M1 just minutes away from the development, and the end of the M6 less than 25 miles away.

Northampton town centre has over 20 car parks boasting over 6,000 spaces, making a trip into town simple.
There is a Tesco store close to the development on Mere Way, with the other major supermarkets all represented within the town.
Northampton town centre boasts a regular market Tuesday to Saturday in the square, as well as a modern, twin level shopping mall at The Grosvenor Centre. There is also a wide variety of shops and stores within the town, including all your favourite high street names.
Sport and Leisure
Northampton has something for everyone when it comes to sports, with a League 2 football club, premiership rugby team and Grand Prix racing at nearby Silverstone. Santa Pod Raceway also holds regular track racing at nearby Wellingborough, while for real horsepower, try Northampton or Towcester racecourses.
Golfers have a wide selection of courses to choose from, including the nearby Delapre Golf Complex and Collingtree Park Golf Course. Danes Camp Leisure Centre has facilities for everything from swimming to climbing, while Nene Whitewater Centre promises an unforgettable day out.
Out and About
The Northamptonshire countryside is littered with excellent country houses and gardens for a great day out, as well as friendly country pubs serving excellent food. Within the town itself, you’ll find a Vue and Cineworld cinemas, the Royal and Derngate Theatre and the Deco, a converted 1920s cinema that now plays host to everything from live music to commercial product launches.
Closer to home, Northampton town has a lively nightlife, with a range of pubs and clubs, restaurants and fast food outlets, all within a safe, pedestrianised town centre, making it a popular venue for a night out.
