Getting around
For your commute to work, or for exploring the countryside at your leisure, Maidstone gives you great access to the whole region and beyond. The M20 and M2 motorways, A229, A249, A20 and A26 are all easily reached, taking you to places such as Tonbridge, as well as further afield. There are two main train stations around 3 miles from Sutton Woods; Maidstone West (with the high speed service to London St Pancras); and Maidstone East, which connects to London and Ashford International. Also if it’s sunnier climes you’re after, London Gatwick Airport can be reached in under an hour by car.
