Location

Croesonnen Court is approximately one mile north of Abergavenny town centre and borders the suburb of Mardy and approximately 10 miles from the M4. The A465 is a major link road for the valleys of South Wales which is located within a mile of the development, allowing easy access throughout South Wales.

Recreation & Leisure

Abergavenny is a thriving market town, the Victorian building of the Town Hall plays host to numerous craft fairs, indoor markets, including antique and farmers markets, and the very popular annual food festival. There is a wealth of leisure facilities and attractions within the area including, boating on the Monmouthshire and Brecon canal, mountaineering and climbing, museums, open gardens, swimming and shopping to name a few!

Transport

Abergavenny railway station is approximately 1 mile away on the east fringes of the town. Cardiff International Airport is approximately 55 miles away. There is a regular bus service available from Abergavenny.

Amenities

The local area has a general store, hairdressers, post office and public houses. Abergavenny town centre has a variety of shops, including gift shops, clothing, hardware and the popular markets.
There is a selection of doctors and GP's within the area. Nevill Hall hospital which includes an accident and emergency department is approximately one mile away from the development.
Schools

There are several excellent infant and junior schools which serve the town. The senior school is King Henry VIII School, which has achieved over 85% pass rate in A levels. Abergavenny is also with an acceptable distance of Monmouth Boys and Haberdashers School for Girls. The Roman Catholic School of St Albans is 10 miles away in Pontypool.
