Transport
Wallscourt is ideally situated for the modern business person, just five miles from the heart of Bristol and with convenient access to the M32, M4 and M5 motorways, speeding you to Birmingham and London with ease.
Bristol Parkway station offers regular services to London Paddington, with a journey time of under an hour and a half making a meeting in London easily achievable within a single day. And when it comes to that well earned weekend break, Bristol Airport offers flights to some of Europe’s finest cities.

Cheswick Urban Village is served by a local Sainsbury’s store around two miles away, with a range of local shops, including a convenience store, planned within the village itself.
Bristol offers a superior shopping experience, with a wide range of excellent department stores and quality retailers, including quirky independent stores. Cabots Circus is home to a range of well known names, while the out of town Mall at Cribbs Causeway provides a convenient alternative.
Sport and Leisure
Nearby Bradley Stoke and Kingswood Leisure centres both provide excellent facilities for a wide range of sports, both indoors and out, while Frenchay Cricket Club and Old Colstonians RFC welcome both spectators and new players alike for superb sporting and social occasions. For football fans, Bristol boasts no less than two professional teams in Championship side Bristol City and League two side Bristol Rovers.
Excellent local golf can be found at Woodlands Golf and Country Club and Bristol Golf Course, with horseracing at Bath (flat) and Chepstow (National Hunt). Royal Ascot and Glorious Goodwood are also within easy driving distance.
Out and About
Bristol offers a wide selection of quality arts and entertainment, including top shows at the Bristol Hippodrome and choral and classical music at Colston Hall. There is also a choice of Vue and Showcase Cinemas. The city also boasts an excellent range of high-end restaurants, including the superb Hotel du Vin. Beyond the city there are numerous friendly country pubs in the surrounding villages, serving delicious home cooked food and real ales.
For a great day out, take in the rural beauty of Oldbury Court Estate, or the National Trust sites at Dyrham Park or Tyntesfield. Bristol Zoo is always popular with the kids or the grandchildren, and there’s lots of open spaces nearby, including Long Woods, Hermitage Woods and Barn Woods.
Schools and Services
The development will soon benefit from its own primary school, Wallscourt Primary, however, in the meantime you can choose from Shield Road Primary or Charborough Road Primary, both within walking distance.
