Wembdon is a rural village just a little over 3 miles from the market town of Bridgwater and less than 15 miles from the county town of Taunton. Both Bristol and Exeter are 40 miles from the development and can be accessed via the M5.
Bridgwater offers a superb selection of local primary and upper schools and there is also a number of independent schools in Taunton. An excellent range of shops can be found in the town along with a lively mix of cafes, restaurants and take-away outlets. Bridgwater also boasts a wide range of sports facilities and clubs to choose from.
The M5 motorway junctions 23 & 24 are close to the development, and there are regular local buses talong with National Express coaches to London. Rail services are also available at Bridgwater Station, with connections to Bristol, Taunton, Cardiff and London Paddington. The nearest airport is Bristol International Airport just over 20 miles away.
