Out and about

Halifax is located in a truly beautiful part of Northern England, with a choice of woods and moorlands close by for you to enjoy a walk or a picnic. Take a stroll through Ovenden Wood or across Ovenden Moor, or take in the wildlife at the waterside at Ogden Water.

For a longer walk, the 50 mile circuit of the Calderdale Way passes near to the development, linking to the extensive Pennine Way long distance footpath.
