Location

Transport

Junction 28 of the M6 is around half a mile from the development whilst junction 8 of the M61 is just over 2½ miles, providing road users with easy access to destinations across the North West and beyond. Existing rail connections can be found at Station Brow in Leyland, Sheperd’s Way, Chorley and Balshaw Lane in Euxton.

Amenities

Most shopping, leisure and banking facilities can be found in and around Chorley, Leyland and Euxton. Leyland, just 2 miles from the development, hosts a wide selection of shopping outlets, including a 24 hour Tesco supermarket, while Clayton Green, located to the north east of Buckshaw Village benefits from a 24 hour Asda. Further amenities can be found in Chorley, around 4 miles from the development. There is a  wide choice of schools close by, while Runshaw College is just a short drive from the development. The area is well served by doctors and dental practices including Euxton Hall and Chorley District hospital close by.
