Leyland, just 2 miles from the development, hosts a wide selection of shopping outlets, including a 24 hour Tesco supermarket, while Clayton Green, located to the north east of Buckshaw Village benefits from a 24 hour Asda. Further amenities can be found in Chorley, around 4 miles from the development. There is a wide choice of schools close by, while Runshaw College is just a short drive from the development. The area is well served by doctors and dental practices including Euxton Hall and Chorley District hospital close by.
