We are currently looking for undergraduates who are undertaking, or postgraduates who have successfully completed a degree in a construction or building related subject. Some work experience is preferable.

If your application is of interest, we will then contact you to arrange an assessment day to take place at our Training Centre in Tamworth, centrally based in the Midlands (March to April 2008). The assessment day will consist of:
- A chance to meet members of the Human Resources Team and the Construction Team
- Group Exercises and individual selection assessments
- Informal interviews
- You will be able to gain a real insight into Redrow, what it would be like to work for a successful national housebuilder, and what we can offer you. .
Successful candidates will commence with Redrow in September 2008.
