Holidays
All our monthly salaried employees are entitled to receive 25 days holidays which increase every 2 years up to a maximum of 30 days after 10 years service.
Bonus
All Redrow employees receive either commission or a bonus, details of your scheme will be provided upon commencement with Redrow, ensuring all employees share in the company's success.
Pension
New starters joining Redrow will have the opportunity to join the Redrow Staff Pension Scheme. Membership entails making a contribution to the Scheme, which is deducted from employees' monthly salary. Redrow believes a good occupational pension scheme is a key part of your package, and contributes to all employees at industry leading rates.
Share Save Scheme
Sharesave (Savings Related Share Option Scheme) is a tax-advantageous easy way to save via direct salary contributions. You have the option to buy shares at a price which is discounted by the company by up to 20% of the market price at the time the price is fixed, at the start of the savings period. You then have the opportunity to buy the shares at the end of the period from the proceeds of a savings plan.
Discount Scheme: Buying A Redrow Home
Redrow employees who wish to purchase a property built by the company will enjoy a discount of 2½% on the sale price.
Private Medical Cover
All our monthly salaried employees will be eligible to join the Private Healthcare scheme at some stage however some positions have a qualifying service requirement.
Company Car/Car Allowance
Some positions will be eligible for a Company Car, employees have the option to choose between a car or car allowance (subject to the rules of the scheme)
