Wed, Oct 31st 2007, 12:00
Launching next weekend (Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 November), buyers will have an opportunity to visualise their future home with the help of the beautifully designed on-site show apartment at Crescent Green.
What’s more, prospective buyers will benefit from the services of a financial advisor who will be on hand during the launch to offer advice and ensure that the money side of their moving process is taken care of with the minimum of fuss.
This innovative and popular Redrow development in Euxton, near Chorley, currently has a range of one and two-bedroom apartments and three bedroom mews-style homes.
Christine Aitken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire) said: “Our own research has shown how important it is to have show homes available for prospective purchasers to view. In fact, more than half of people who responded to a survey on our website said that a fully furnished show home was the most important marketing tool when it come to choosing their new home.
“Not only does a show home provide a visual impression of what it would be like to live in a Redrow home it also generates a lot of ideas in regards to how the space can be best used and gives customers some very useful interior design tips.
“Having seen the new show apartment at Buckshaw Village buyers will know exactly what to expect from one of our apartments.”
