Cracking fun

Fri, Apr 7th 2006, 11:00

Visitors who hop along to Redrow’s developments in Trowbridge, Chippenham and Frome this Easter weekend can be sure of a cracking good time thanks to a fun egg hunt.

As the little ones experience the ‘egg-citement’ of the hunt, adults can simply enter the free prize draw for a giant chocolate Thornton’s Easter egg and relax. This is a great opportunity for a house hunt and visitors will be ‘egg-static’ to hear that there is something for everyone at these stylish developments.

Rachael Baillie, sales director for Redrow Homes (South West), said: “It’s not just children who enjoy a treat at Easter, we want the grown-ups to treat themselves to a new home and new lifestyle with some help from us.

“At our developments in Trowbridge, Chippenham and Frome, all our visitors will have a terrific opportunity to explore the show homes and get a real feel for what life could be like in a brand new Redrow home. The Easter bunny might just deliver your dream home as well as some delicious chocolate eggs this year.”

Redrow is hoping visitors will snap up one of their new homes at Herons Reach, close to Staverton Marina, in Trowbridge. The development features a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes on the outskirts of the town, with current prices from £169,995.

Being positioned on the edge of town means the development is easily accessible, providing a wide range of attractions as well as transport links to the surrounding countryside of Wiltshire and cities and towns of Bath, Chippenham and Bristol for commuters and day trippers. The nearby Kennet and Avon canal, which has been awarded the Waterway Renaissance Award, also makes for romantic walks.

A second development in Trowbridge, called Rushmead Park, is also located on the edge of the town and here home hunters can choose from two, three, four and five-bedroom homes in a mix of apartments, coach houses, semi, detached properties and terraced homes. Prices are from £143,995.

Fenway Park in Chippenham has a range of homes from two-bedroom apartments to three and four-bedroom houses with prices starting from £145,995.

If you’re looking for that something special in Frome, Somerset, then Ley Vale offers a wealth of choice with one, two, three and four-bedroom homes. Current prices start from £114,995 for a one-bedroom apartment.

Situated close to the market town, Ley Vale is also ideal for commuting as it lies just 15 miles from Bath and 30 miles from Bristol.

All developments have show homes beautifully decorated, furnished and accessorised for visitors to explore.

Everyone is welcome to hop along to Redrow’s developments in Trowbridge, Chippenham and Frome for the Easter celebrations, April 14-17, from 10am onwards.
