All good things come to those who wait and this has never been truer for home buyers in Northamptonshire.

House hunters will be spoilt for choice as not one but two exciting new Redrow developments will shortly be opening their doors to the public in Desborough and Corby.

Both developments offer a fantastic choice of homes for a variety of buyers. Redrow @ The Grange, in the market town of Desborough, will be a selection of 121 homes featuring Redrow’s Signature specification. The architectural influence of the properties is that of a typical Northamptonshire village or rural hamlet.

Two fully furnished show homes are set to open in August, a four-bedroom Tamar and a three-bedroom Lambourne townhouse with accommodation arranged over three floors. These professionally designed and decorated show homes will help potential customers to envisage life in a Redrow home.

Redrow’s second new development is just eight miles from The Grange, allowing home buyers the opportunity to choose from a broad array of properties within a small radius.

Redrow @ Oakley Vale, located in the vibrant town of Corby, will be a 141-home venture featuring a collection of one, two, three, four and five-bedroom homes that will hold appeal for people from all walks of life.

Suzanne added: “Oakley Vale has a lot to offer house buyers. Everyone from first time buyers looking for that start on the property ladder to growing families looking for more space should find what they’re looking for at this new development.”

Fully dressed Tamar and Lambourne show homes will also be open at Oakley Vale during August.

Smaller homes at both developments will be ideal for first time buyers and empty nesters, while larger detached houses will have everything that a growing family needs. Commuters will benefit from easy access to the motorway network and major A-roads, providing links to the cities of Leicester, Peterborough and Northampton and beyond; while train links from nearby Kettering station provide journey times to London St Pancras of just over an hour.
