Redrow’s collaboration with estate agent Romans to sell homes at its Poppyfields development near Wokingham is proving to be a winning formula.

The house builder has chosen one of the largest independent estate agents in the region to partner them in selling properties at Poppyfields, an exclusive development of 56 new homes in the desirable village of Arborfield.

Romans has a proven track record in assisting Redrow with selling homes, after finding owners for the majority of the apartments at a previous Redrow scheme in Camberley, Surrey.

Holly Finer, field sales manager for Redrow, says: “We’re delighted to be working with Romans again to help market our homes at Poppyfields. Romans have a solid reputation and a number of branches around the region, all of which will carry information about our development in Arborfield, meaning we can market our homes to a much larger area.

Vanessa Foot, is a sales manager for Romans, based in Sindlesham. Romans will also be Redrow’s preferred estate agent for customers who register for the developer’s Mastermove service, which aims to get people with a home to sell moving - faster.
