Come fly with Redrow in North Yorkshire
Mon, Mar 17th 2008, 14:30
Forget ‘99 red balloons’ award-winning housebuilder Redrow is releasing hundreds of them - biodegradable of course - into the skies above its Priorpot Mews development, in Norton, to celebrate the ongoing success of this popular new homes venture.
Visitors will be invited to fill in a tag and attach it to one of the balloons in a bid to see their balloon travel the furthest. The prize at stake is an exclusive flight* for two people in Redrow’s very own hot air balloon at the Great Yorkshire Show in Harrogate, in July, plus a night’s dinner, bed and breakfast in a luxury hotel.
The finder of the balloon that travels the furthest will also receive a £50 voucher
Giselle Ledgard, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire) says: “Priorpot Mews, with its semi-rural location and competitively priced properties, is a great place for people to come up in the world – whether they’re first time buyers, growing families, down-sizers or even friends looking to share; and the chance to win a fabulous hot air balloon flight will make the home buying experience a whole lot of fun.”
Redrow also has plenty of ways to make buying a new home as easy as possible, thanks to its extensive range of help, advice and incentives all under the umbrella of ‘re:assure’.
Giselle adds: “It’s all about making home ownership as simple and straight forward as we possibly can, from the moment of first enquiry right through until after the customer has moved in. We can also offer a choice of incentives such as 5% deposit paid, £500 towards their mortgage for up to two years or £500 towards legal fees – easing the initial costs of buying a home.”
The property mix at Priorpot Mews includes the two-bedroom Canterbury, priced from £134,999, the three-bedroom, three-storey Malham, which is available from £189,995, and the four-bedroom Neale, which boasts a separate dinning room and detached single garage, from £195,999.
Situated in a semi-rural location, within walking distance of all of Norton’s amenities, as well as being close to the picturesque market town of Malton, Priorpot Mews offers buyers a dream dwelling in a stunning location.
Malton holds weekly street markets and offers a range of quirky independent shops, while the city of York is nearby and has all of the usual high street stores and a range of pubs and restaurants.
The development is also ideally located for Dalby Forest, which caters for a range of outdoor activities, and the delightful Yorkshire Wolds.
