Last chance to 'spring' into a new home in Bridlington

Fri, Apr 11th 2008, 11:15

Award winning developer Redrow has a selection of properties to suit all tastes and budgets in the popular seaside town, but would-be home owners should hurry as time is running out.

The development has appealed to a broad spectrum of buyers – from those taking their first step onto the property ladder, to families and downsizers, along with people purchasing a cosy retreat to use as a holiday home
Giselle Ledgard, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire) says: “The Eastfields venture has received a phenomenal amount of interest, which is not surprising given the wide selection of homes we have featured and the exciting seaside location of the development.

"We’re now into the final phase and it’s fueling people’s interest as they realise that they might not have much longer to make Eastfields their home. Adding to the appeal is ‘re:assure from Redrow’, a package of measures all designed to make moving as easy as possible from the moment of enquiry right through to after our customers have moved in.

“It includes a promise to protect the value of their home for up to three years* or, on selected plots at Eastfields, we may be able to pay their 5% deposit or £500 towards their legal fees, saving them valuable cash.”
Situated off Brett Street, Eastfields’ property mix includes two, three and four-bedroom terraced homes and townhouses, currently from as little as £124,995.

Among them is the Malham, a three-storey townhouse, which includes a first floor lounge with French doors and a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden. On this same level, bedroom three would be ideal as a home study for those who don’t need the extra sleeping accommodation. The master bedroom with en-suite and bedroom two are on the floor above. The Malham is priced from £150,995 and also includes an integral garage.

The four-bedroom Neale is another townhouse design, priced from £159,995. Its main lounge and master bedroom with en-suite are on the first floor and the remaining bedrooms and family bathroom on the floor above, making it truly flexible for those with older children, different generations of the same family sharing a home or those who like to give their guests extra privacy.

There’s an extra living room area on the ground floor, together with the fitted kitchen/dining room, which has patio doors onto the garden. The Neale also has a detached single garage.

Located in the thriving fishing town of Bridlington, south of Scarborough, with its sandy beaches and active working harbour, Eastfields offers easy access to a great holiday atmosphere and traditional seaside bars, pubs and clubs, as well as sporting and more sedate coastal pursuits.

There are excellent commuter links to Hull, York and the rest of Yorkshire via the road and rail network.
