Redrow is soon to launch a range of fabulous four and five-bedroom detached homes, off Croesonen Road, Abergavenny, and will be taking registrations of interest at the show so people can receive a VIP invitation to the launch in the summer.
With a picturesque location on the edge of the world-famous Brecon Beacons National Park, the Croesonen Court development is sure to appeal to the most discerning of homebuyers. The first properties will be ready to move into at the end of the year.
Julie Ells, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Wales), said: “We are delighted to be providing homebuyers in Abergavenny the chance to take a sneak preview of these first-rate new homes at the New Homes Show, where they will be able to view plans, a model and computer-generated images of the development.
“The detached houses at Croesonen Court will be designed and built to a high specification. This new homes venture will particularly appeal to families who aspire to own a highly desirable home on a small exclusive private development.”
Redrow is already well known in the town following its sensitive conversion and redevelopment of the former Pen-y-fal Hospital and grounds to create luxury houses and apartments with period features.
This latest, luxurious development will have a finished value of circa £8 million and is being built on the site of the former Croesonen Farm and School. Redrow will also be making financial contributions towards building a children’s play area near to the site and to adult recreational facilities in the local community.
Abergavenny is a vibrant market town nestled in the scenic Usk Valley. The town itself has significant cultural and architectural interest, with a Victorian town hall and theatre and one of Wales’ busiest markets. It is also close to the World Heritage Site at Blaenavon.
Croesonen Court has a host of great local amenities close by, including good primary and secondary schools, food stores selling quality local produce, banks and building societies, and an impressive selection of pubs and restaurants.
There are also opportunities to pursue a wide-range of leisure activities, from the energetic pursuits of hiking, mountain biking, hang gliding or paragliding in the Brecon Beacons or Black Mountains to more peaceful walks on the gentler slopes of the Usk and Wye Valleys.
There are good road links to Newport, Cardiff and the M4 and M50 motorways, while Abergavenny Train Station is less than a mile away with direct services to Newport and Cardiff.
