A young couple are making a hassle free move to a brand new Redrow home in Pontllanfraith after taking advantage of the award winning developer’s part-exchange offer.

Gemma and Carl Thorne, both 27, upgraded their two-bedroom semi by effectively ‘swapping’ it for a brand new four-bedroom detached home at Redrow’s Llys Ffynnon development, without the hassle of having to find a buyer.

Gemma said: “Everything has been so easy, we haven’t had to worry about selling our old house or getting stuck in chain and can just look forward to moving into our new home.

Gemma, who works in customer services, and her football-mad husband Carl, are moving from Watsville, and will be even closer to where Carl plays football for his local team.

Gemma added: “We were keen to buy a new home so we don’t need to worry about renovations or decorating – we can just move straight in and relax.”
