Sonic surprise for Wirral home hunter

Visiting new show homes at a Wirral housing venture proved to be music to the ears of Barrie Jones, who is now the owner of a brand new Nintendo Wii console.

Barrie, 26 from Spital, was the lucky winner of a free prize at Redrow’s Woodlands Grange, in Bromborough, and said: “My five-year old daughter Faye is made up, it’s a fantastic feeling to have won such a great prize.”

Barrie is among hundreds of people who have viewed the new show homes, many of whom attended a special fun day to celebrate their launch. He said: “It’s a very nice development, very smart and very stylish. Many people were commentating on how impressive the layout is and I have to agree, it’s fantastic.”

Woodlands Grange itself is proving to be quite a winner, not least because of its great location. The development is just a stone’s throw from the 19th century garden village of Port Sunlight; and all of the homes have been designed with this in mind.

The three new fully furnished show homes give prospective buyers a taste of the wide variety of properties that are on offer.
