It's a family affair at Cooper Court

Laura Blower was “delighted” when her cousin also bought at a sophisticated development in Stockport, but now she could have two more familiar neighbours – her grandparents.
The 23-year old banking clerk for NatWest in Cheadle Hulme recently moved into a stylish two-bedroom apartment at Redrow’s Cooper Court development and was shortly followed by her cousin Sadie, 22.
Laura feels the added interest from her grandparents is down to the apartments’ location and versatility.
She said: “The location is fantastic. You have got fields just across the way, a reservoir at the back and it’s set back from everything else.
“The apartments are spacious yet easy to maintain which suits Sadie and I, and would be great for my grandparents as they are getting older now.
“Also, the help you get from Redrow is fantastic. They totally met my expectations, providing items including carpets, blinds, washer/dryer and a fridge freezer. I hardly had to do anything to it!”
Cooper Court will eventually feature 98 properties close to the shops, pubs and restaurants of Hazel Grove. With the first people now happily settled in, a vibrant new community is starting to emerge.
Other first time buyers, wishing to follow in Laura and Sadie’s footsteps will find a great deal of help and incentives from award winning Redrow.
Patsy Aicken, sales director for Redrow Homes (North West), says: “We see the struggle that first time buyers face when they want to take a step onto the property ladder and so we aim to help them as much as possible.
“At Cooper Court there is plenty of choice for those looking to take the plunge and we have a range of stylish apartments, perfect for those starting out.”
Current availability includes two-bedroom apartments from just £156,000 and three-bedroom houses from £229,950 to £254,950. Future releases will include apartments with Juliet balconies overlooking the neighbouring reservoir.
Travel connections from Hazel Grove are excellent, with easy access to the A6 and M60 motorway and a local railway station which takes people straight into Manchester Piccadilly in 30 minutes.
