New show home creates double impact in St Neots

What could be better than a fully furnished show home, which Redrow customers say is still the best marketing tool when it comes to choosing a brand new home?
 
The answer is TWO fully furnished show homes - and that’s what is now available to view at Redrow @ Loves Farm in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.
Mary Timlin, sales director of Redrow Homes (South Midlands), says: “We conducted some research among visitors to our website and found that more than half of home hunters still consider a show home to be better than things like models, computer generated images and virtual fly-throughs. It seems that for some people you just can’t beat the real thing.

The Gorsley show home is an elegant four-bedroom townhouse with spacious accommodation arranged over three floors – the height of sophistication.  Redrow’s chosen interior designers have opted for organic shapes and natural colours to create a harmonious scheme with almost autumnal colours of cream and bronze.

Like its partner, the Lynton four-bedroom detached show home opened earlier, the Gorsley can be viewed daily from 10am to 5.30pm and, between them, these two stylish show homes promote a range of one and two-bedroom apartments and three, four and five-bedroom homes.

Current availability includes two-bedroom apartments from £139,995 and a four-bedroom mid-terrace Gorsley, similar in layout to the show home, at £259,995.  Selected plots are even available with up to 20% of the initial purchase price deferred for up to 10 years.
