Prize winning with Redrow

Exhausted by house hunting, 20-year-old Helen Regan from Leeds can enjoy a relaxing holiday while she weighs up her options!

The sales representative from Crossgates in Leeds attended the launch of Redrow’s West 12 apartments in Lower Wortley and was the lucky winner of a free prize draw to win prestigious Pride of Britain Hotel vouchers worth £500.

The vouchers open the doors to any of the 40 finest privately owned hotels in the country, including luxury country hotels and spas, city hotels, a cruise ship and even a train.

Helen said: “When I heard about the launch of West 12 I decided to go along to see what they had on offer as I was looking to move out of my parents’ home at the time. When asked to enter the prize draw I thought ‘Why not?’. I never thought I’d win, it’s been a brilliant surprise. I’m planning to use the vouchers for a relaxing weekend away with my boyfriend”

Although Helen has now decided to rent for a while with her boyfriend before taking the plunge into home ownership, she was very impressed with Redrow’s offering at West 12, saying: “ West 12 offered everything I would want from my first home. The apartments were ideal, as they were spacious and low maintenance. The location was perfect as it would mean I could be close to both work and my family.”

The West 12 launch also included live music, canapés and the chance for potential customers to view a model of the completed development.

Liz Cooper, field sales manager for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire) said: “The launch night was a huge success. It generated a great deal of interest in the development and as a result the first phase has completely sold out and we are expecting similar demand for the second phase, which has recently been released.”
