Three times the inspiration

Mon, Feb 13th 2006, 11:00

There’s now three times the inspiration for homebuyers at Worden Brook Manor, Buckshaw Village, near Chorley, with the opening of three stunning new show homes.

Redrow is inviting home hunters to come and start imagining how their life could be with a home at Worden Brook Manor, by viewing the two fully furnished properties and celebrating their launch this weekend (February 18/19). The grand opening weekend will include complimentary nibbles and wine.

Lesley Myers, area sales manager at Redrow Homes (Lancashire) said: “Show homes are a fantastic way of allowing customers the opportunity to experience how a house can become a home. Seeing each property fully dressed makes it much easier to start imagining how your life could be if you lived there.”

Each of the show homes at Worden Brook Manor have been superbly styled by Redrow’s very own interior design company to show each property at its very best.

The four-bedroom Severn home has been styled to give maximum impact, and the interior designers have taken inspiration from ‘new deco’, currently taking the design world by storm. The large family home has been kept neutral throughout, accented with black and gold. The study displays an eye catching feature wall, decorated with calligraphy, while the master bedroom features 1930s’ inspired mirrored furniture, grand chandeliers and ‘decadence’ style wallpaper from the in vogue designers, Harlequin.

Meanwhile, the four-bedroom Roadford will undoubtedly appeal to those househunters wanting a modern light home. Light oak furniture throughout, with a stunning blend of soft furnishings in pink and chocolate to create a contemporary interior, which will be hard for anyone to resist.

As well as the Severn and Roadford homes, Redrow is also opening the doors to a view property, the Webburn, which is demonstrating Redrow’s fabulous new Signature specification that will be available for customers to choose from. The Webburn has been decorated and fitted with floor coverings, window dressings and light fittings to perfectly demonstrate the Signature specification.

The new Signature specification allows customers to personalise their home in areas such as kitchens and bathrooms, wall tiling, wardrobes, down lighters, fencing, paving, driveways and turf.

The Webburn view home features Redrow’s ‘prestige’ kitchen choice - the Turin Café Latte design – available to all customers as an optional upgrade. The top-of-the-range kitchen comprises dual-coloured, high-gloss contemporary styled linear framed units, modern steel handles, walnut worktops and fully integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and 700mm hob unit with four burners plus a central wok burner. Large straw-coloured ceramic floor tiles and ceiling fitted downlighters complete the look.

Worden Brook Manor is part of the larger award winning Buckshaw Village, a mixed-use development in Euxton, near Chorley. The urban village features a combination of new homes, employment, shopping and leisure facilities. Located close to Chorley town centre and Leyland, Worden Manor boasts excellent transport links to both towns and beyond.

Currently available at Worden Brook Manor is a beautiful range of family homes such as the four-bedroom Lea and Parrett style homes, from £219,995 and £249,995 respectively.
