Property guru gets you moving

A national property guru will appear at Redrow’s Doulton Grange development in Baddeley Green, Stoke this Sunday (February 12) to offer valuable tips and advice on how to quickly sell your old home and nestle into your new one.

Tina Jesson has helped hundreds of home owners to achieve a sale, latterly through the nationally recognised company, Home Stagers®, which she co-founded in 2001.

Presentation is the key to a successful sale, yet many people overlook the simple tactics that can be taken to improve the look and feel of their home.

Tina is making a guest appearance along with an independent financial adviser and estate agent as part of Redrow’s special Mastermove weekend (February 11/12).

There is yet more good news as Tina will also be visiting Redrow’s Lakeside View development in Etruria, on Saturday, February 11, where customers can choose from a great range of three and four-bedroom homes from just £139,950.

Home buyers can use Mastermove, which combines the resources of Redrow and a local estate agent to deal with much of the ‘bureaucracy’ of selling their current property and, most importantly, helps them to find a buyer quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Mastermove can incorporate a ‘Home Sale’ consultation with a locally-based Home Stagers® stylist, who will assess the customer’s existing home and how they show viewers around their property. The stylist will make recommendations on how to improve the property, mostly through small changes such as lighting, painting, de-cluttering or defining a room’s purpose.

A written report will then be given to the customer with advice on how to improve the presentation of their home, together with a bespoke checklist of things they can do to increase the chances of turning viewings into offers.
