A special ‘last chance to buy event’ (February 5) at Redrow’s highly successful Wharton Lock development in Chester is taking place to highlight just four remaining properties.
Visitors to the canalside development can enjoy some wine and snacks and, as an added bonus, Redrow is offering to pay the 5% deposit of customers wishing to secure a new home at Wharton lock.
Two duplex and two penthouse apartments are all that remain and current prices for each type are £246,000 and £299,000 respectively.
Patsy Aicken, sales director of Redrow Homes (North West), says: “The runaway success we have enjoyed at Wharton Lock is down to the excellent quality apartments, all built to a high specification, including carpets to the bedrooms and hall and ceramic tiles in the bathroom and en-suite, and their fantastic location alongside the Shropshire Union Canal.
“Prospective buyers really need to come along for this special weekend as it may very well be their last chance to snap up a dream property and become a part of the happy community at Wharton Lock.”
The two-bedroom penthouses feature a vaulted ceiling in the bedroom with en-suite and a balcony. This elegant property also boasts a spacious kitchen, lounge and dining room ideal for throwing dinner parties for friends.
The duplex apartments also have two bedrooms and both of these are en-suite. The four properties now available to buy also include a single car parking space.
Wharton Lock is situated just off Hoole Lane, within walking distance of the beautiful historic city of Chester, with its cathedral and stone amphitheatre. Chester city centre has unrivalled shopping which includes major department stores and designer shops.
Chester is home to excellent leisure and cultural facilities and has numerous wine bars and restaurants. The River Dee offers boat trips, tours and scenic walks. This walled Roman city really has something to offer everyone.
The main train station in Chester offers services to Manchester, London, Birmingham and beyond and this stylish development also boasts excellent road links as it is close to the M56 and M53 motorways.
