Heading north at Eastfields

Fri, Aug 25th 2006, 11:00

It’s up, up and away at the Eastfields development in Bridlington this weekend (September 3rd) when Redrow’s very own hot air balloon will be in town.

Depending on weather conditions, visitors to the popular development may be able to have a tethered flight in the red and white balloon.

Julie Rayner, sales director for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire) says: "The hot air balloon is a great way for people to see the development and surrounding areas from a new, exciting angle.

"The view from the balloon should be fantastic considering the great coastal location of Eastfields."

Redrow’s popular development is located in the thriving fishing town and seaside resort of Bridlington, south of Scarborough. With its sandy beaches and active working harbour, it is the ideal location for young buyers who also want easy access to a great holiday atmosphere and traditional seaside bars, pubs and clubs.

Julie adds: "Our apartments at Eastfields are ideal for young people who seek easy living in a lively coastal resort or for buyers who want to invest in their future. The show apartment gives potential home buyers the opportunity to have a peek into the future of apartment living in Bridlington."

As well as the picturesque coastal setting of Bridlington and the cool and contemporary interior design, the apartments have much more to offer. Incentives are available on the apartments at Eastfields, making the properties the catch of the day.

Bridlington has excellent commuter links to Hull, York and the rest of Yorkshire via the road and rail network.

Buyers can snap up a two-bed apartment at the Eastfields development from just £99,995.

For those who want to move to a larger home, Eastfields also has a wide range of family-friendly properties including the three-storey, four-bedroom Neale.

Julie says: "The Neale house type will have appeal to a family given its four bedrooms and flexible layout. Likewise, professional couples can also adapt rooms to suit their lifestyle, for instance, using a bedroom as a study, while keeping spare rooms for guests."

The Neale enjoys a spacious and well laid out ground floor that includes a dining room, a cloakroom and a kitchen/breakfast area with patio doors that lead out onto the rear garden.

The first floor is home to the rear-facing lounge while the master bedroom with en-suite shower room has a front facing aspect. Upstairs again there are three further bedrooms and the family bathroom.

If the Neale view home convinces buyers to taste the high life with a three-storey property of their own, now is the time to snap one up. Prices currently start at only £152,995.

To be among the first to dip a toe into living beside the seaside, join Redrow at its hot air balloon bonanza, at the Brett Street development or call the Eastfields sales consultant on 01262 403009.
