Seeing is believing

Artist impressions, scale models and DVD fly-throughs can be very useful to house buyers, but for Redrow customers, there’s no substitute for visiting a show-home.
More than 50% of visitors to Redrow’s website said fully furnished show homes are the most important marketing tool when it comes to choosing a new home. With this in mind, Redrow has opened a beautiful new four-bedroom show home at Lakeside View, near Stoke-on-Trent.
The development has been a long running success story for Redrow, who has added more than 250 new homes to the local housing stock in Etruria, including 61 in this current phase, Lakeside View, and 192 homes in the earlier Lakeside development. Now only eight properties remain, and the Neale show home will demonstrate the kind of lifestyle on offer to those who buy there.
Linda Androlia, sales director for Redrow Homes (West Midlands) said: "We’ve got a long-standing relationship with Stoke home buyers – we’ve had several successful ventures in the area and Lakeside View is one of our flagship developments, so it’s lovely to see the development evolve into a real community, for families, couples and every type of home buyer.
"The fact we’ve only got eight plots left to sell is proof of the vast appeal this venture holds. Many of the final homes on release are spacious family friendly properties, and with a new show home open to explore, we’re sure it won’t be long before they’re snapped up too!"
Interior design company, Connections in Design, have made the most of the natural light in the Neale to create an airy and spacious look, while maintaining the homely family feel.
The four-bedroom townhouse has a kitchen/breakfast room, a dining room and a cloakroom on the ground floor, a living room and an en-suite master bedroom on the first floor and three double bedrooms and the family bathroom on the top floor.
Linda said: "The Neale is perfect for an established family that demands flexibility or a young family which is growing in number.
"The four-bedroom layout means there is a large en-suite master bedroom for mum and dad, two double bed rooms for the children upstairs and a large spare room, either for a family room, or for when guests stay over.
"Also, with an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom, a cloakroom on the ground floor and a bathroom on the second floor there will never be queues for the bathroom in the morning!"
However, it’s not just families who can benefit from the Neale’s flexible layout. The formal dining room lends itself to alternative uses such as a study or home gym, whilst for couples without children or empty nesters, the whole of the top floor can be reserved for guests.
Lakeside View in Etruscan Street, Etruria has transformed a former industrial site into a vibrant residential quarter that has made a huge difference to the immediate area and complements Redrow’s neighbouring Lakeside development of homes.
Lakeside View comprises a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses in a variety of two and three-storey designs from Redrow’s brand new housing range.
Prices start at £147,950 for a three-bedroom Galway home and the four-bedroom, three-storey Neale starts at £178,950.
To view the Neale show home, simply visit Lakeside View, open daily between 10am and 5.30pm, or call the Redrow sales consultant on 01782 206 823 for more details.
