Redrow’s latest offering at Priorpot Mews, near to the market town of Malton, provides the perfect backdrop for a new life in the North Yorkshire countryside.

"That’s why we’ve commissioned interiors designers, Connections in Design, to make over the Kennet and Malham. These homes have been dressed and furnished and promise to show buyers what to expect from a Redrow property."

The three-bedroom, three-storey Malham is a versatile family home. It offers three floors of living space with an integral garage and demonstrates the high level of specification that can be found in every Redrow home. The Malham will offer homebuyers an insight into how flexible and adaptable living over three floors can be.

Its layout briefly comprises a ground floor kitchen and dining area, cloakroom and integral garage. Upstairs, there’s a rear-facing lounge, bedroom and the family bathroom, while the second storey comprises two double bedrooms, once of which has an en-suite shower room.

The popular show home has taken inspiration from the Orient and has been dressed in creams, whites and black with a bold accent colour of deep red. Both the lounge and master bedroom have wallpapered feature walls.

"The interior is very glamorous and dramatic with great mirrored furniture and light fittings including chandeliers," adds Julie.

The three-bedroom Kennet has also been dressed by Connections in Design, who have taken this year’s ‘in’ colour to a new level.

The home has been dressed in neutral creams and browns with an accent colour of a sharp acidic green.

Julie says: "The Kennet has a brilliant funky feel to it. The use of neutral colours with the green gives it a classic feel with a fresh twist as do the furnishings which comprise of mirrored furniture and modern light fittings."

The Kennet briefly comprises a large open-plan lounge/diner, spacious kitchen and cloakroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with an ensuite shower room to the master, plus the main bathroom.

A Kennet style property is currently priced from £215,995.

Julie adds: "At Priorpot Mews we have a wide choice of properties for home hunters on all steps of the property ladder and a host of opening offers so whether they are looking for their first home, a nest for the family or are looking to downsize – their perfect new home will undoubtedly be found here."
