A powerful force of attraction will be felt by first time buyers eager to own a home of their own, now that Redrow is offering a move in deal with an initial payment of just £99.

Sir Isaac Newton, the figure from whom the Newton’s Walk development in Grantham takes its name, re-defined the laws of physics. Now Redrow is hoping to have the same effect on the housing market in Grantham by helping first time buyers achieve what’s previously seemed impossible.

At Newton’s Walk there are currently two designs of two-bedroom apartments to chose from – the Avon and the Argal.

The two-bedroom Avon apartment features two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, a bathroom and an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room.

The stylishly laid out Argal design, meanwhile, features a kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room, two double bedrooms, again one with an en-suite shower room and a bathroom.

Another way of making the first step onto the property ladder easier is to take out a shared mortgage, and buying ‘with a buddy’ is becoming more fashionable as proved in a 50% uplift in shared mortgage application to HSBC bank last year.
