Live almost mortgage free for six months

A great opportunity for home buyers to spend their money on the things they want, like a new car, holiday or extra shopping trips has presented itself at Redrow’s Manor View development in Frodsham.

By offering to pay £1,000 per month towards mortgage repayments for six months on selected properties Redrow is essentially freeing up valuable extra money for people to spend how they choose.

Barbara Wright, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (North West), says: "Our mortgage subsidy will potentially allow home buyers to live almost mortgage-free for a whole year, allowing them to spend the extra money on anything they like whether it be a conservatory, car or a holiday.

"Manor View is a great development that is growing in to a community as the weeks go by. There are homes to suit everyone at all stages of the property ladder, from first time buyers to growing families and empty nesters, thanks to a mix of apartments and houses."

The three-storey four-bedroom Neale house type is perfect for those who like flexible and spacious living.

It enjoys a roomy and well laid out ground floor that includes a dining room, a cloakroom and a kitchen/breakfast area with patio doors that lead out onto the rear garden. The first floor is home to the rear-facing lounge while the master bedroom with en-suite shower room has a front facing aspect. Upstairs again there are three further bedrooms and the family bathroom.

Barbara continues: "If the Neale view home convinces buyers to taste the high life with a three-storey property of their own, now is the time to snap one up. Prices currently start at £239,950 and purchasers may be able to take advantage of the mortgage subsidy on this plot.

"Triple-decker homes are enjoying a renaissance as customers demand more home for their money and house builders are constantly finding new ways to enhance flexibility and space in new properties.

"For example, the Neale has a spacious kitchen/breakfast area, so if the separate dining room is not needed it could be turned into a family room or home gym. Likewise one of the bedrooms above could be used as a dressing room or study – the possibilities are endless."

Manor View is located within close proximity to the M56, which runs between Chester and Manchester and offers handy access to the M6 and M53. For those who prefer public transport, the local train station is within walking distance. Frodsham town centre, which was among the top five most distinctive towns in the country in a survey of high streets, is also within walking distance.
