‘Home’-ing in on Porterhouse

Tue, Oct 31st 2006, 11:00

Redrow’s stylish apartment venture in Crawley is where home buyers are rapidly discovering a match made in heaven.

Those on the apartment trail in West Sussex should hurry if they don’t want to miss out on finding their dream home at Redrow’s Porterhouse development, where a fantastic range of one and two-bedroom properties are available.

The first phase of this flagship development is sold out and buyers have snapped up well over half of the latest homes on release at the new homes build.

Paul Moran, sales director for Redrow Homes (Southern), says: "Apartment lovers who want a great home should hurry if they want to own their dream home at Porterhouse, as they’re selling fast. With over half of the apartments of the new phase snapped up, home buyers should act now to avoid disappointment."

Porterhouse is shaping up to be one of region’s most exciting apartment complexes. It consists of 124 modern apartments encased in four individual buildings, which feature a striking white and terracotta exterior and creative brickwork design.

The development boasts an electronically gated entrance that leads to secure surface and underground parking. All apartments feature either a terrace or balcony and there are also a select number of duplex apartments boasting accommodation over two floors and fabulous roof terraces.

With Crawley positioned between Brighton and London, and Redrow’s development adjacent to Three Bridges train station, Porterhouse is the ideal setting for commuters. The capital is just a 40 minute journey from Three Bridges, so Porterhouse offers the perfect opportunity to get away from the urban rush at the end of the working day.

Paul adds: "Not only are London and Brighton within easy reach, but these apartments are also on the doorstep to the rest of the world, as Gatwick Aiport is less than five minutes away by train. This makes Porterhouse the perfect location for buyers who are part of the ‘lock-up-and-leave’ set; people living here can literally pack up their things and grab the next flight to their holiday home in the sun."

The M23 and M25 motorways are also both easily accessible.

Redrow’s Porterhouse apartments have been performing consistently well since the scheme sprang onto the property scene last year. Prices are currently from £189,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, while two-bedroom apartments start from £199,950 – all come with car parking space.
