Live almost mortgage free in Ewloe

Fri, Nov 3rd 2006, 11:00

A great opportunity for home buyers to spend their money on the things they want, like a new car, holiday or extra shopping trips has presented itself at Redrow’s Parc-y-Coed development in Ewloe.

By offering to pay £1,000 per month towards mortgage repayments for 12 months on selected plots, Redrow is essentially freeing up valuable extra money for people to spend how they choose.

Elaine Mounsey, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (North West), says: "This special offer could enable home buyers to live almost mortgage free for a whole year, allowing them to spend the extra money on anything they like whether it is a conservatory, car or a holiday."

As an added bonus, Redrow is giving the home buyer the choice of whether they would like the mortgage subsidy or an interior design package for their new home, together with a landscaped garden.

Elaine says: "Some home buyers might like to spend the money saved on their mortgage to decorate, furnish or otherwise embellish their home. That’s why we are giving them the choice – they can do it themselves or let us take care of it for them through the interior design package – and get a landscaped garden too!

"Parc-y-Coed has been a run away success but we still have some great family homes available, including the four-bedroom Ribble which has spacious accommodation arranged over three floors.

"Three-storey homes are enjoying a renaissance as customers demand more home for their money and house builders are constantly finding new ways to enhance flexibility and space in new properties."

The four-bedroom Ribble makes smart use of its roof space to create a valuable extra living area with a master bedroom and en-suite. Tthe roof in the Ribble home is a third floor ready for parents who would like a quiet retreat at the top of the house, a teenager looking for a little bit of independence or it can be reserved for honoured guests.

The rest of the bedrooms and family bathroom are on the first floor and the ground floor features a separate dining room, kitchen, lounge and cloakroom.

The Ribble is currently priced from £280,000.

Parc-y-Coed is situated at St David’s Park near the charming village of Hawarden. The development is nestled on the edge of the Flintshire countryside yet within easy reach of Chester, Liverpool and Manchester.

St David's Park is a mixed-use development combining a high quality business park that’s home to many UK household names such as Bank of Wales, Barclays Bank, Unilever, Friends Provident and Redrow’s own national headquarters, with over 400 new homes, a four-star hotel and a children’s nursery.
