Christmas cheer at Coed Castell
Thu, Nov 16th 2006, 14:39
There will be lots of festive fun for house hunters at Redrow’s Coed Castell development in Brackla, Bridgend this weekend.
Home buyers who visit Redrow’s popular new homes venture in South Wales this Saturday and Sunday (November 11th and 12th) will think Christmas has come early when they are given mince pies and sherry as they walk past a fully-decorated Christmas tree. There will be seasonal delights on offer for children, too, as they will receive a free advent calendar.
The early celebrations are in honour of Redrow’s pre-Christmas completions on properties at the development, and to mark the occasion customers will receive an early Christmas present when they purchase a Neale townhouse, which is not just an outstanding four-bedroom, three-storey property, but comes with 12 months mortgage paid.
Debby Pavitt, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Wales), says: “We are pleased to offer customers a paid mortgage on the Neale property when they buy at Coed Castell this Saturday. Christmas really will come early for home buyers-and it will last all year round!”
The Neale offers home buyers space to spread out over the three floors. Three-storey properties are experiencing a renaissance with house hunters right now, as the traditional layout has much to offer.
Debby says: “In a three-storey property, home owners have the opportunity to set aside whole areas of the house for teenage children, an older relative or visiting guest. This kind of layout is ideal for families as well as couples with no children or grown-up children who’ve flown the nest. The ground and first floor can be used for everyday living, while the second floor is kept pristine for when family and friends come to stay.
“For those who want to experience life in a Neale first-hand, a fully furnished view home at Coed Castell is open to home buyers who want a slice of three-storey life.”
As well as the Neale, other pre-Christmas completions include the three-bedroom Ennerdale, which boasts a detached single garage, an open-plan kitchen/diner and a spacious master bedroom; and the Aire, a modern one-bedroom apartment which features a single parking space and a light and airy living space.
Coed Castell, in Coychurch Road, is a development of 192 new homes phased over three years, which will feature something for everyone, including one, two, three and four-bedroom homes.
This stylish development is close to Bridgend town centre and offers quick access to the M4. So, Coed Castell is not only a well-priced option but also offers a highly convenient location from which to commute.
Prices for the Neale currently start from £199,950, the Ennerdale is priced from £156,950 and the one-bedroom apartment is priced from just £115,000.
