On track for Christmas wish

The thought of being in a new home by Christmas is every home hunters dream, but at Redrow’s Swindon development this can become a reality.

Home builder Redrow is offering ‘Fast Track Homes’ ready to move into for the festive season at its Abbey Manor development in Swindon. House hunters had better act fast, though, as those who legally complete before the 20th December can also receive some extra special presents from Redrow.

Redrow is offering a £5000 cash discount and will pay the stamp duty – hidden extras that often take house buyers by surprise – for those who move in before Christmas and they will even throw in fitted carpets as well.

Part exchange means that customers can exchange their existing property for  a brand new Redrow home (subject to criteria), taking the problem of finding a buyer out of their hands and leaving them free to concentrate on their move to Abbey Manor.
        
Lorraine continues: “Part-exchange is ideal for those who want to move swiftly without having to worry about selling their current house first or the threat of a chain collapsing. We will take care of the red tape, leaving the customer free to enjoy their new home.

Recently, Redrow has commissioned specialist interior designers to make over the Teign property into a fully furnished show property.

The new show home will open soon and prices for a Teign similar to the show property start from £234,995.
